Who is Authentically American?

In the mid-1980s, nearly 75% of apparel worn in America was made in America.  Today, it is tragically less than 3%.  The apparel industry is just one example of how US manufacturing has slowly been outsourced.  Authentically American® is out to reverse that trend.  We are building an iconic American brand that is truly American made and sets the standard for high quality Made in USA merchandise.  We are a brand that celebrates America!

How do I care for your products?

TEES + HOODIES: Please turn your tees inside out and wash in Cold water ONLY!  It is best to Dry them on the LOWEST heat setting your dryer has, even best on TUMBLE dry to keep wear/tear + shrinkage to an absolute minimum!  NEVER iron on the printed graphics.


POLOS: Please turn your polos inside out and wash in Cold water ONLY!  It is best to Dry them on the LOWEST heat setting your dryer has, even best on TUMBLE dry to keep wear and tear + shrinkage to an absolute minimum!  Never iron on the embroidered graphics.

OUTERWEAR: Please turn your quarter zips and jackets inside out and wash in Cold water ONLY!  It is best to Dry them on the LOWEST heat setting your dryer has, even best on TUMBLE dry to keep wear and tear + shrinkage to an absolute minimum!  Never iron on the embroidered graphics.


PERFORMANCE GEAR:  Please turn your Performance Gear inside out and wash in Cold water ONLY!  It is best to Dry them on the LOWEST heat setting your dryer has, even best on TUMBLE dry to keep wear and tear + shrinkage to an absolute minimum!  NEVER iron on the printed graphics.


HATS: Our unstructured "Dad" hats can be washed in a washing machine but we suggest using a hat washing cage like you can find HERE and NEVER put a hat in the dryer!  Our structured hats CANNOT go into the washer, please do not attempt this - it will ruin the shape of the hat.  You can wash these hats with a hat washing brush and kit like you can find HERE


SOCKS: Our socks can be washed in the washing machine on Cold and can go in the dryer on the lowest heat setting your dryer has.

Are your products really Made in the USA?

Absolutely, our products are solely manufactures in the United States!  We are a brand that celebrates patriotism and honors our American heroes.  We are passionate about creating American jobs.  Everything we produce is American made, no exceptions. 

How are your products sized?

Our sizing is made to fit real people!  You can view our size chart here.  Use the size chart as a guide.  The measurements given on the chart are the size of the finished garment.  Keep in mind, if you want a looser fit we recommend ordering a size up.

How do your Socks fit?

Our socks fit Women's shoe sizes 7-11 and Men's shoe sizes 8-13.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters are in Nashville, TN.  We do not have a physical store at this time, but if you are ever in Nashville and want to stop by and say hello shoot us a message.

What does Pre-Order / Made to Order mean?

Items that are labeled "Pre-Order" or "Made to Order" are not produced until after the pre-order period has ended.  Please allow 15 business days from the period end date for us to produce, process, pack, and ship your order.  Once your label has been scanned into the carrier’s system your package can be followed using the tracking  here.

What are your shipping times?

Shipping hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5 pm.  Orders are shipped within 48 hrs (provided you are not ordering a Pre-Order or Made to Order item).  The majority of our deliveries are made by USPS-First Class Mail and arrive to their destination within 5 -7 days.

How do I ship to an APO/FPO address?

When shipping to an APO or FPO simply type the address (as seen below) in the SHIP TO section during checkout.  We ask that you verify all information before submitting to ensure accuracy when shipping your order.

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there are any issues with your order please let us know within 10 days of receiving your items. Unworn, Unwashed items still in new condition can be returned or exchanged for 30 days. After 30 days no returns or exchanges will be accepted - please let us know ASAP if you have an issue.  You can start a return here.

Any item sent back to us NOT in it's original unworn, unwashed, new condition will not be accepted and return shipping for that item will be the responsibility of the customer if they would like to receive the item back.  If you have questions on whether or not your return will be accepted please send us an email ahead of time letting us know the situation and the condition of the item.  We will make a decision on a case by case basis if we see this policy needs to be changed/shifted in any way.  It is at our discretion to deny a return not sent back in the condition stated above.
