  • Lead Conversion Specialist

The Lead Conversion Specialist is an inside sales role. This person will work on converting leads into sales and nurturing former clients to close new deals. The right individual will be highly organized, passionate, persistent, and have effective communication skills. In this role, you will be involved in client lead generation, lead qualification, scheduling presentation meetings, and working with a cross-functional team to close deals.   

 

The Client Relationship Manager will report to our Sales Director and will be based at our headquarters in Nashville, TN.   


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

 - Follow-up with new leads to schedule meetings 

 - Follow-up with and nurture former “Closed Won” clients 

 - Follow-up with active clients in Sales Pipeline 

 - Respond to and create new deals for organic website traffic (submission forms) 

 - Create client lists and trigger automated sequence emails 

 - Verify new deal connections and update/correct data 

 - Data entry into CRM 

 - Pull and follow-up with Client samples 

 - Client store updates, final reporting, and follow-up on store status 

 - Cold calling/emailing 


SKILLS:

 - Passionate about company vision, mission, and values 

 - Project management skills including strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate and interact                with cross-functional teams  

 - Self-starter capable of working autonomously  

 - Analytical & data driven  

 - Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a fast-paced start-up environment  

 - Detail and process oriented 

 - Ability to prioritize and multitask 

 - Excellent written and verbal communications skills 

 - Personable and customer service focused 

 - Strong technology skills; programs/systems currently used: MS Office Suite (primarily Excel/Google sheets), CRM                     (HubSpot), eCommerce Platform (Shopify), Inventory and Order Management System/ERP (ApparelMagic) 


EXPERIENCE:

 - 1-2+ years sales experience  

 - Apparel experience preferred 

 - Bachelor’s Degree preferred 

 - Start-up experience preferred 


COMPENSATION:
 - Target Salary = $47,500 

 - 2-weeks of paid time off and 10 paid holidays 

 - Company wide national week of rest over Christmas holiday period 

 - Medical Benefit allowance available to assist with personal insurance needs 

 - $100 per month phone/internet allowance  

 - We do not offer relocation services  


WORK HOURS & LOCATION:
 - Headquarters office in Nashville (off Harding Pike near the airport)

 - Standard office hours (Monday – Friday) 

 - 50+ hours per week
