 Inside Sales & Content Manager 

 The Inside Sales & Content Manager will be a highly organized individual that is also great with relationships and account management.  In this role, you will be involved in existing account management, new account management, supporting our 12+ remote business development managers (BDMs) as a lead for: Salesforce CRM training/support, onboarding, pricing, merchandising, graphic support, and procedures. 

 The Inside Sales & Content Manager will report to our VP of Sales & Business Development and be based at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN.  You will be equipped with an extensive on-boarding process, Microsoft office suite of software, business cards, and company email.


  • Management of the ongoing relationship and portfolio of existing customers 

  • Develop new accounts from leads from website and Executive Team 

  • Assist with customer presentations and mockups

  • Assist with social media post design

  • Lead training and onboarding on all systems for our outside sales team/BDMs (Salesforce/Asana/Slack/general processes and procedures)

  • Develop best in class programs to present to customers

  • Help manage program pricing for new and current customers

  • Develop business processes and procedures

  • Develop new merchandising solutions to drive increased sales with our current customers

  • Identify, design and manage effective trade show opportunities to drive business


  • High character and integrity

  • Ability to work alongside C-Level in the Fortune 500 space

  • Well organized and self-motivated

  • Problem solving and solution oriented 

  • Experienced in the promotional market PPAI/ASI

  • Self-starter capable of working autonomously 

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a fast-paced start-up environment 

  • Detail and process oriented

  • Systems: Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and Xero

  • Graphic artist experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills


  • Minimum 3+ years in Sales and Marketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 

  • Promotional Products industry experience preferred

  • Prior military experience preferred


  • Salary range = $35,000-$50,000; based on experience

  • Future bonus opportunity

  • Participation in future Teammate equity program (in development)

  • Currently no benefits (planned for in the future)

 Work Hours and Location: 

  • Corporate office in Brentwood/Maryland Farms, TN

  • Standard work week = 40-hours; general business hours
