Barry ensures that Authentically American® is operationally prepared to support the journey to becoming an iconic American brand. He previously spent 25 years in roles of increasing responsibility with Procter & Gamble. A significant portion of his time with P&G was spent in the supply network arena.

Barry earned his undergraduate degree at West Point and served five years as an infantry officer. He has served on several boards and busied himself with volunteer efforts. Most notably, Barry was co-chair of "Nashville Salutes – A Tribute to Our Nations Heroes,” which raised more than $2 million and provided more than $600,000 to the Medal of Honor Character Development Program.

Focused on building upon the efforts of Nashville Salutes to address the generational journey of character development, Barry founded the nonprofit organization Tennessee Character Development Foundation. He and his wife Susan have been happily married for 20 years, have two successful daughters and sons-in-laws, a precious grandson and another grandbaby on the way. Barry and Susan are very active in their church and community.
